The short version

This website does not have a customer database. The inquiry form does not save anything here — it opens WhatsApp with your details already typed in, and you choose whether to press send. Beyond that we use Google Analytics to count visits, and a Google map that only loads if you ask for it.

The inquiry form

The form asks for your name, phone number, an optional product category and your message. When you submit it, those details are formatted into a WhatsApp message and WhatsApp opens on your device. Nothing is written to a server belonging to this website, because there is no such server.

Once you send the message, it is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and us, handled under WhatsApp's own terms. We use your number to reply to your inquiry and nothing else. We do not sell it, share it or add it to a marketing list.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which buttons they use — for example whether visitors tend to call, open WhatsApp or ask for directions. This tells us which parts of the site are useful and which are not.

Google Analytics sets cookies and records a shortened version of your IP address. We do not use it to identify individual people, and we do not run advertising or remarketing pixels on this site.

The map

Our location pages show a placeholder rather than a live map until you press “Show map here”. That is partly for speed, and partly so that Google only receives a request from your browser if you actually want the map. The “Get directions” button simply opens Google Maps in a new tab.

Links to other sites

We link to our partner shops, our social profiles and our Google listing. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. If you have messaged us and want us to delete that conversation, or you want to know what we hold, contact us and we will sort it out.
